The handles on the bag narrow significantly right where they lie over the shoulder. The bag is quite large and relatively heavy, so the narrowness of the handles make it very uncomfortable on the shoulder. The design is very good in terms of the number and positioning of the pockets, but I agree with one of the previous comments that it should be a little more interesting visually.
