My bag started breaking the first week! I was very disappointed in this bag, it started breaking the first week. The one arm strap started cracking almost through both sides of the pleather and my zipper was always giving me problems. Half the time I had to fight with it to close, it would get stuck and the metal part of the zipper would bend and I would have to straighten it and then continue to fight with it to close. It very rarely ever closed without a problem! I had Logohoo exchange this bag for a new one of the same bag, hoping that it was just a defective bag, but when I got the new one, I tested the zipper and it automatically got stuck, so I packed both up and printed out my return labels and off it went. The things I liked about this bag was that it was roomy, nice looking, and comfy to carry, it didn't hurt my shoulder like one of my Coach bags did!
